Now that my arm is healed, I'm ready to get out there and interact with my fans. Once recovered, Usher announced new tour dates, and commented: "I'm really looking forward to getting out and performing live onstage. Titled by his fans the Evolution 8701 Tour, the original tour plan-to which Usher would perform in venues that held 5,000 to 12,000 seats-was postponed, due to Usher dislocating his shoulder during a rehearsal. Usher originally planned to embark on a supporting tour for the album with a starting date of Novemin Baltimore to an end date of December 30 in Los Angeles. Following a milestone, 8701 sold 6 million copies worldwide and spawning two Billboard Hot 100 number one singles " U Remind Me", " U Got It Bad" and hit song " U Don't Have To Call". Visiting North America, Asia, Canada, and Africa the tour accompanies his third studio album, 8701 (2001). Unlike the early days of music, when you had to write to the radio station or the record store to request a song, you can just go online and find a list of the most popular songs by artists or genres that you prefer.8701 Evolution Tour was the debut concert tour by American recording artist Usher. There are different sites that offer a variety of music including Punjabi music, Bollywood music, Hindi pop and Hip Hop rap music. The internet has made it easier for people to explore different musical genres and find some of their favorite songs or artists. Worldwide, the album debuted at number one on the International Albums Chart in the United Kingdom. In New Zealand, it debuted at number one on the Official New Zealand Music Chart, thus becoming Usher's third number-one album in the country. In Australia, it debuted at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart on its first week and was certified platinum by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA). In Canada, it entered the top three at its release and was certified platinum. In the United States, the album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for shipment of 500,000 copies. It also entered the top five of many charts around the world. Upon release, Confessions debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, selling more than 350,000 copies in its first week. It's hard to see how he can equal his father's rap ability without sounding like a watered-down version of himself. But he has always been criticized for never coming close to matching the quality of his flow as a rapper. He wrote or co-wrote nearly every song on My Way, the best-selling and most successful album of his career. Usher had been criticized for many years, even by his fans, for not being the best lyricist on one of his albums (though he has worked on some great ones). (The cover of Confessions is him in a nice suit and a New York Yankees cap.) And even when he's trying to draw attention to himself, he seems to be doing so with the kind of graciousness that would have made his father proud. (He had the same talent then.) Usher is so unpretentious, so unassuming and kind of unassuming and so obvious when he's trying to be or when he's trying to be, well, himself, he seems to have an intuition for the art of being himself. On Confessions it feels almost as if he's releasing a grown-up version of his signature, no-frills, multipurpose pop-soul album, My Way, even though the new one is very much a departure from that project. The songs are more intimate, less showy, more honest, more revealing. He tells stories that give you the sense of being in the room with him, that he's the narrator, not the star. Yet the biggest surprise on Confessions was that Usher seems to have inherited his father's talent for storytelling.
